1. Intro Call: We'll have an introductory call to determine if this program is a good fit for both of us.
2. Regular Meetings: We'll meet multiple times a week to work on areas you’d like to improve, covering nutrition, exercises, and form. I can review videos of your form if needed.
3. Progress Over Time: By month 3, you should have developed new healthy habits, achieved some short-term goals, and be well on your way to long-term success with a strong mindset.
